The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room needs refurbishment. I had to push the door open with my shoulder. The pillow was lumpy, tape covered the window vent for some reason, and there were water stains on the ceiling. The walls were badly marked by suitcases.

The room attendant was careless, and breakfast was very poor.
