The owner was welcoming and checked in on the day of arrival to ask how my trip was going and confirm when I expected to arrive. Beforehand, he’d sent directions for different ways to get to the hotel, along with suggestions for what to do in Brescia. I’d definitely come back.

The manager welcomed us so warmly, and the room was looked after impeccably, with great attention to detail. I especially loved the peace and quiet, right in a city whose wonderful past really came through. I’d highly recommend staying here. ❤️

The bed was superb and the shower excellent. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very nice, in a perfect spot just steps from Brescia’s beautiful city centre. Breakfast is available, though it’s very basic and could be better. The parking lot is a bit far away and hard to get to, especially with luggage, because the B&B is so central.

Giovanni was warm, kind, and always willing to help with any request, big or small. That hospitality is what makes this welcoming B&B so lovely. It’s recently opened in the heart of Brescia’s beautiful historic centre, and the spacious room has every comfort: a large LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and everything needed for a hearty breakfast. A great place to relax and enjoy the charm of historic Brescia.

Great location, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a private bathroom, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and snacks.
