The place gives the impression of having once been a good four-star hotel, but now it seems close to going out of business. The advertised pool is closed all year, and the lifts between the third and second floors don't work. Breakfast is below standard. Basic items run out more than an hour before service ends, and staff refused when we asked for more. Cheers.

We slept really well because the room was so quiet, and it was spacious and clean too. The lobby and shared spaces look very elegant, but our room felt dated and not appealing. Breakfast was very good, the staff were courteous, and parking was free. The hotel itself was okay.

It was noisy, and there were ants in the rooms. The pool hours, 10 to 7, are very odd for a business hotel. Still, it was generally clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel has such a lovely, beautiful design, and the mountain view is amazing. Breakfast was the best, especially the cappuccino and croissant. The yogurt was delicious too. If you're in Berscia, you need to stay here!

A nice hotel with a classic Italian look, out in the outer part of Brescia. The rooms are decent for a four-star place, breakfast and service are good, and the pool is a nice bonus.
