The food was outstanding, and Erna deserves a special mention, she’s awesome. Be sure to try something from the pizza oven. Getting to the cable cars and scenic walking paths is easy, so it’s a great base for skiing or exploring. The staff gave excellent service throughout our stay. We had a great time and will definitely return. Strongly recommended!
The simple marinara I ordered with olive oil was amazing. Excellent food.
We enjoyed the fantastic mountain view from the veranda while eating the Spaghetti Carbonara and super tasty Tris. We’d discovered the Almgasthof on a mountain bike tour the day before, and liked it so much that we came back the next day for Gulasch and Kaiserschmarrn. La mama does the cooking herself, and you can taste it. The service was friendly and quick. Very much recommended!

The views were the best I’ve ever seen, and the food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect. One of the most amazing places I’ve ever been!
