The rooms are fairly spacious for a city hotel, and the historic building sits right in central Brixen. The location is nice, but getting there and finding the parking area was a headache. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, and Google Maps, Waze, and most car navigation led us the wrong way when we entered the address. Driving around that part of town is tricky because of the restrictions, so we had to call the hotel for directions. Clear instructions beforehand would have prevented this. On a very hot day, construction right next to our room meant we couldn’t open the windows, and there was no ventilation or air conditioning. A good location and a nice hotel, though with some flaws.

We had a lovely stay and would happily come back. The hosts were really friendly and easygoing, and the location was great for the price. It was also a treat to have the Aquarena Card included, the kids loved it. Best wishes from Ulten.

The old apartment building has been extensively renovated, with a small reception area, and the furnishings, kitchen, and bathroom were all very good and perfectly adequate. The apartments are rather dark, though, because the old building has small windows. Wi-Fi was free almost everywhere, but the bedroom signal was so poor that we couldn’t stream or get online there. There’s free parking about 400 meters away, and you can briefly stop right outside to load or unload. The location is incredible, right at the edge of, or inside, the pedestrian area of Brixen’s beautiful old town.

The apartment was spacious but very basic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s perfectly located next to the Duomo. Free guest parking is 500 meters away, which isn’t very convenient if you have lots of luggage.

Right in the city center, with everything you might want within walking distance. There’s also an excellent pub called Pltzel.
