Breakfast was a real highlight during our lovely stay at Badhaus Hotel. The place feels luxurious but still warm and comfortable. Our room was just right for us as a couple, cosy, clean, and nicely designed. I especially liked the elegant combination of green tones and dark brown wood. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from day one. The one thing I missed was a coffee machine in the room. We’d definitely come back for a couple’s trip.

We booked the white tower apartment for 4 days with breakfast included. The apartment was very clean, spacious, cosy, well furnished, and new, and the staff were very kind and professional. But there was no daily cleaning, iron or ironing board, or coffee machine. Breakfast was very limited and served in another building, so we had to walk outside to the other side. The pedestrian-area location made getting to the hotel a bit annoying with family and luggage, and check-in was confusing because there’s more than one facility. Check-out was at 10:30, though they were very flexible and let us extend it to 1 p.m.

Valeria and Magda deserve a special thank you. The staff and customer service were the nicest, and they went above and beyond to make our stay great. We spent one night at this brand-new hotel during our trip in Europe, and it certainly felt new. We loved the design of both the hotel and our room. Right in the center of town, it’s just a couple of minutes from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was superb. We’re looking forward to returning to Brixen and staying at this boutique hotel again.
