Residence Traube

The garden and hotel are beautiful, breakfast has lots of variety, and the other people we dealt with at reception and in the restaurant were very nice. But one reception staff member made the stay miserable for us. At check-in she put the keys down harshly and hurried through the hotel information, as if she wanted it over with. After we’d been in our room for about half an hour, we were heading out and realized we still hadn’t received the Brixen Card by email. I went to reception to ask. She didn’t seem willing to talk, said it had already been sent, and asked us to check junk mail. My friend was still in the room, so I asked to see the email first and confirm it had gone to the right address. Instead, she handed me the paper where my friend had written her email earlier, which didn’t help, since the address was clearly correct. At 14:33 my friend checked again, and the email with the Brixen Card link had just arrived at 14:33. When we told the staff member, she looked annoyed and sighed without even a simple apology. I wouldn’t have minded if she’d forgotten or sent it late, but she insisted it had already gone out and acted annoyed with us. She hadn’t seemed welcoming from the start. You can check the CCTV on 25/09/25 from 14:27 to 14:35. Sorry to give 1 star, but she really ruined what should have been a nice stay and a nice day for us.
