The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was exceptional. We only booked one night, but wished we’d stayed for two. The host family and owners were terrific and made the visit great. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Christmas market, and they also gave us bus tickets to get there. We didn’t know dinner was available or we would have come back early from town for a home-cooked meal. Thanks, Marco and family. You do things the right way.

We were really happy with our couple of nights here and would love to come back. The room was modern and clean, with a lovely deck, and the hotel is just outside the city with parking, which is why I chose it. The owner was very nice, and breakfast was wonderful. The Bixencard came in handy for the cable car. The bar guy’s English wasn’t great, but he was kind and attentive and made me an iced coffee.

The hotel is next to a bus stop that took us to the start of our Alta Via 2 hike, which worked well for us. My sister and I had a great stay at Hotel Millanderhof in Bressanone. We arrived quite late after taking the train from the Netherlands, but got a warm welcome and were even picked up at the station. Our room was spacious and tidy, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The hosts were lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. It’s a comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast spread each morning. You can borrow bicycles at no extra cost, and the location works well for exploring the old town or heading to Plose.
