The area where the apartment is located suited us very well, and it was convenient for visiting places, skiing, and hiking. From our first contact, the service was perfect and easy. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. Thank you!

We had free parking, and dogs are welcome. The price felt truly fair, and cribs are available for little ones. I stayed for three nights with my husband and our one-year-old son in the charming village of Elvas, about a 10-minute drive from Bressanone. It’s a great spot for a relaxing vacation. The owner and her daughter were incredibly kind and happy to give advice. Our apartment, one of three, had a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with underfloor heating that you enter through the master bedroom. Highly recommended!

You do need a car to get around, but the center of Bressanone and the Iserno River promenade are both less than five minutes away. Ms. Marlene was friendly and helpful, and our dog loved the place too. We had a wonderful stay in an apartment that was clean, spacious, and just right.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, quiet, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. I spent three peaceful nights here with my Labrador, close to lovely walking routes and just five minutes from Bressanone. This was my first stay at the property, but I come to Bressanone often, so I’ll definitely be back.
