We had a ski holiday here with friends and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us, at €30 per night. There’s a shuttle whenever you need it, and it takes only a few minutes to get to the slopes. After skiing, the heated outdoor pool, sauna, and spacious, beautifully designed spa area were a real pleasure. The views of the Alps are stunning in the day and at night, and every room has an unobstructed view. Our room was very comfortable and luxurious, with a yoga mat provided for the classes. We also loved the included dinners. The food, presentation, and service felt Michelin-starred, something I’ve never experienced with an included meal before. Congratulations to the chef and the whole F&B team, who were professional, attentive, and passionate. Everyone we met, from reception and room service to the spa and housekeeping, was warm, cheerful, genuinely helpful, and went out of their way to make the holiday better. It’s an impressive blend of romantic luxury, comfort, and sports activities. The hotel delivers on its five-star promise, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

The rooms are beautifully maintained, the amenities are modern, and the shared spaces are relaxing. Everything made our stay comfortable and memorable. What really made the difference was the team: every person we encountered was professional, friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about making us feel welcome. The facilities and service worked seamlessly together. My compliments to the management and staff for their hard work and attention to detail. Our family suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving us comfort and privacy, plus a terrace sauna and breathtaking mountain views. The bedding was exceptional, and we slept incredibly well. Santre Dolomythic Home is family-owned, and the Goller family are visibly involved in day-to-day operations. That care comes through in the whole team, from reception and the restaurant to the spa, bar, and housekeeping. Nearly everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and a real willingness to help. The rooms are modern and beautiful, finished in wood and stone with high-end materials throughout. Even the spacious underground garage feels luxurious and has EV charging stations. The spa is extraordinary: the hammam had excellent steam and essential oils, while the sauna and jacuzzi look out over the mountains. The daily Aufguss ceremonies with the sauna masters are fantastic. Breakfast has a huge choice of fruit, nuts, cheeses, cold cuts, and juices, including fresh apple, carrot, and ginger juice. Dinner is a refined five-course meal with lovely ingredients and presentation. You can also buy a bottle of wine at the start of your stay and have it waiting at your assigned dinner table every evening. There are plenty of activities, and the shuttle gets you to the Plose ski area in just four minutes. We’ve stayed at similar luxury mountain hotels, but Santre stands out for its consistent quality and attention to detail. We recommend it without hesitation and will definitely return. Breakfast and dinner are an experience in their own right, and the location makes it easy to explore and reach some amazing hikes. If a Dolomites dream escape is what you’re after, this is the place. We’ll be back!
