The friendly, helpful team made our stay especially pleasant. Deborah, Chiara, and Umberto were wonderful, and Cristian deserves special thanks for introducing us to so many great Italian wines. The location was perfect, just minutes from the ski lift, with a ski-in option, ski lockers, a sauna, and an outdoor pool. Good food and amazing drinks made it an easy, carefree ski holiday.

We had a good stay overall. The hotel was really clean and luxurious, the staff were smiling, pleasant, and courteous, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. But we weren't told that the pool area had been booked for a private event. We only found out after arriving in our swimsuits, which was really disappointing. We'd planned an aperitif and a refreshing swim, and eventually were allowed a rushed 40 minutes by the pool before the event started. The beautiful pool was a big reason we booked this hotel. I feel the hotel let us down by not telling us. There were several chances to do so, when we booked, when the event was booked, or at check-in.

A fantastic place to stay for skiing in Matterhorn. The staff were super friendly, the service was great, and the rooms were nice. Free parking was a bonus, and the hot pool was incredible. Thanks to Lika, the breakfast waitress, for looking after us!

Just a stone's throw from the piste, this hotel made for an unforgettable stay. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are beautifully furnished, and the food and drinks were exceptional. Staff were attentive everywhere, from reception and the restaurant to the bar and rooms.

After our third day skiing, we missed a connecting lift and ended up stuck in Valtournenche. The hotel shuttle came to our rescue. What a great service! Everyone was ultra-friendly, especially the breakfast team, and the design was cozy.
