The rooms were lovely to come back to after a day out: roomy, warm, cozy, and full of natural light. The team also took such thoughtful care of our girls, making sure the children felt happy and comfortable. As parents, that meant a lot. Andrea and everyone there made us feel valued from the start. Their greetings were always heartfelt, and they were patient, kind, and ready to help with every little request. Even before we arrived, they answered our questions and accommodated our requests, which made planning much easier. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to returning. We hope to see Andrea and the whole team again. Their hospitality made the visit unforgettable for our family.

Andrea and his family put so much heart into hosting, and you can feel it. Breakfast was fresh and excellent. Everything felt clean and comfortable, almost like being at home from the moment we arrived. The place also seems brand new, with careful design details and a comfortable bed.

We’ve stayed here twice and are already planning another visit. It’s easy to see why other guests come back too. Andrea and his family are welcoming hosts, and the hard-working staff are friendly and keep everything spotless. The location is right in town, about five minutes on foot from the main Cretaz chairlift and 100 m from shops and restaurants, yet far enough from the centre to be peaceful at night. The surrounding scenery is stunning. The rooms are modern and thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and a small kitchen for anyone who wants to cook. Breakfast is wonderful, with continental choices and fantastic omelettes. There’s underground parking on site, plus a well-equipped ski room with boot warmers that opens with your room key. A fabulous, beautifully designed place.

High winds shut the Alpine crossing from Zermatt to Cervinia, so we couldn’t make it. Andrea, the host at Red Fox, got in touch right away and gave us a full refund. That was very kind of him. We can’t wait to stay at Red Fox next time.
