ibis Styles Brindisi

We'd give the hotel five stars for the friendly staff, tidy rooms, and nice breakfast. Our triple room was a very reasonable price, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and reception can provide extra pillows. At check-in we got two pages of detailed, useful information. Parking was easy to find on the street in front of the hotel, and it was free. The breakfast attendant was lovely, and her coffee was excellent. Most of the food was tasty and fresh, including the croissants, but the cucumbers, carrots, and hot dogs looked old and dried out. The breakfast selection wasn't replenished throughout the morning, so there was plenty if you arrived early and almost nothing later. Our child had a lot of fun in the children's corner. The hotel is easy to find, and getting to the city centre from there is easy too.

The staff were friendly, but the stay didn't meet our expectations, and the price didn't feel worthwhile. We've stayed at Ibis Styles in France many times, and this one felt more like an Ibis Budget. The room amenities, including the bedding, weren't up to the standard of the Ibis Styles we've experienced there. Noise insulation was awful. We could hear through the windows and doors, and the building itself seemed to offer little or no soundproofing. The location was disappointing too. Most of the Ibis Styles we've visited in France have been much closer to the city centre or historic centre.

It was a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the city. The location worked well for walking to both the railway and the city centre. The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were kind and helpful. Grazie!

We came to Puglia on a multigenerational family trip to Italy and needed to add a night at the beginning. Stefano sorted that out, check-in was easy, and the rooms were ready. Breakfast was a nice surprise. I liked having coffee made for me instead of using a machine, and the complimentary croissants available any time of day were a thoughtful welcome. The kids' corner was nice and the beds were comfortable. The main drawback was how far it is from the historic city centre.
