We had a really enjoyable lunch in this warm, welcoming place. The prices felt fair for the quality and generous portions, and the pasta with verza and cassoeula are both well worth trying. We'd happily come back.

We booked the wrong night and asked to cancel right away. We called, went to the hotel after booking and again the next morning, and contacted the booking platform too. We would've accepted a cancellation fee, but the hotel took the full amount and barely responded to our attempts to explain. Poor communication and no cooperation.

I don't speak Italian, and getting only a “what?” in response wasn't helpful. After contacting the hotel through its online form, emailing Trip.com several times and speaking with them by phone, I was told the hotel wouldn't cancel the booking. I accidentally booked Monday instead of Sunday through Trip.com. I emailed them straight away, tried calling the hotel an hour later, knocked on the closed door, then went back the next morning and called again. They still refused any refund, with the cancellation fee equal to the full booking price. Thanks for nothing.
