The weather was bad, but we still had an amazing stay. Our host was extremely nice, open, and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was wonderful, both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. You can try local food and wines.

The setting is nice and the view makes it worthwhile, but the rest was disappointing. Pool entry was €25, and the glass of cheap wine came in plastic. We were around 20 people with a menu arranged in advance, yet lunch was nowhere near enough: the platters were almost empty, the second pasta dish would barely feed one person, the wine was mediocre, and the two tarts cost €45 apiece. Service was very slow. The final lunch bill came to €50 per person, completely out of proportion to the quality and quantity. A shame, since the place has potential.

We had a lovely, relaxing day by the pool and a wonderful lunch. The meat was the best I've ever eaten. The meal ingredients are high quality, though they don't come cheap.

The pool was lovely for relaxing, the rooms were spacious, and the food was excellent. Borgo Rossi sits in peaceful countryside, a wonderful place to switch off and unwind for a weekend. The staff were always attentive and welcoming, and made us feel at home. As an agriturismo, it serves fresh, wholesome produce, along with delicious wine made in-house. We also enjoyed being able to have excellent fresh fish. Each visit has been just as lovely as the first, and we always enjoy coming back. Highly recommended!

There’s a lot of potential here, but the owners have plenty to work on. Pool access is €25 per person, and they can be a bit brusque. Lunch at the restaurant was nowhere near good enough. I ordered the fish starter listed online for €13, but got surimi, clams, and mussels that clearly came from cans, served on cream soup. A disappointing dish. I then saw it charged at €19 on the bill. The owner said the online menu "obviously hasn't been updated, so this time I'll charge you €13." Crazy. At aperitif time, we asked for something to eat. They talked up homemade focaccia with prosciutto, but nearly 20 minutes later we got a small piece of dry focaccia with two slices of prosciutto that had seen better days, for €8! A Coke Zero and a tonic were €5 each too, a rip-off. If they want to be a relais, the service needs work as well. The all-purpose waiter cracking jokes and making unsolicited jokes during service is definitely not up to standard.
