The breakfast was healthy, excellent, and carefully prepared, and the room, service, and location all made for a 5-star stay. The owner was kind, courteous, and very empathetic, making me feel right at home. Even the house dog is sweet and affectionate. A lovely choice for people who love and respect animals. I'll definitely return. Thanks for everything, and well done!

The front door is falling apart, and the place felt small, old, dirty, gloomy, and sad. There was no way to get in with a stroller, pram, or other equipment. The owner was rude and surly. She had said the dog was allowed, then changed her mind when we arrived and wouldn't let it stay in the room. She wanted all the money upfront in cash. On December 24th, she kicked us out because we had the dog, even though she knew about it, with our two children aged 1 and 3. We travel a lot, but I've never met anyone like this. Absolutely not recommended.

The owner and staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I'm staying in Brivio for 5 days with my son. Everything is clean and decorated with care. I highly recommend it.

I was traveling alone and they welcomed me so warmly, treating me like a princess. The owner's friendliness and cordiality made me feel at home, so I'll choose this place again when I return in a few months.

I only stayed one night, but had a lovely time at this beautiful B&B. It was quiet, the bed was wonderful, and the cleanliness and privacy were top notch.
