The owner was extremely kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The new houses sit right on the beach, and the assigned parking is very handy. The apartment could use a few more vacation basics, like extra dishes, dish soap, and a couple of other essentials. Recommended if you're after a quiet beach break.

A perfect place to unwind, with the sea only a few steps away. Nearby traditional restaurants and trattorias serve a broad selection of quality local food and wine.

From the outside the residence looks beautiful, but our apartment was disappointing, especially at that price. It wasn't clean when we arrived, so our first job was cleaning it, particularly the toilet. The shower and kitchen tap both leaked. The sofa bed was in such bad shape that we slept on the floor for the whole stay, and there was no replacement. We didn't have Wi-Fi either. Our apartment faced houses rather than the sea.

A clean, comfortable apartment, just right for a relaxing week. Mr. Filippo was attentive and very helpful. We'd gladly come back. Thanks for everything 💖

The owner is friendly and always ready to help. The place is comfortable and well kept, in a quiet spot very near the sea. Recommended.
