We first went up to the viewpoint planning to find dinner after passing restaurants along the lakeside promenade, where waiters were stopping people to get them to sit down. We weren’t keen on that, but we were hungry, and then we came across this lovely little place. It felt almost like something from a fantasy, and the food was incredible, especially the local pasta. Mr Grey was a lovely addition, too, and the owners were wonderful. My partner and I would love to come back for our anniversary on 3rd August 2026, but I haven’t been able to get in touch while you’re closed. Will you be open then, or around those dates? We’d also like to know where to ask about rooms and prices. We’ll be there for two or three nights and might stay if possible.

A lovely place to sit and relax, with a beautiful view and a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were attentive and so friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. This café is a real hidden gem. Highly recommended!

The view here is stunning. We stopped in after walking from the funicular in Brunate and enjoyed a beer, wine, and bruschetta while taking it all in. The service was lovely, the prices were great, and the couple who run the café are really nice. There’s also the coolest cat in Como!

The hosts were so friendly and shared some recommendations. The café has a lovely view and wasn’t too crowded when we visited. The food was very good, and so were the prices. I’d 100% recommend it!

We had bruschetta, a limoncello spritz, lemon sorbet, and a really good espresso. The owners complement the lovely setting with plenty of good things, and there was nice music playing. The place is old but suits the atmosphere, and it was clean everywhere. Good service and stunning views. Enjoy!
