The best part is the nature around the town of Brunati, along with those beautiful Lake Como views. We stayed in the two-bedroom guesthouse, which was roomy at 77 square meters, cozy, homey, and had a kitchen. Luca, our hospitable host, had left wine and juice in the fridge, pears on the table, and the kitchen stocked with sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, olive oil, and other basics. If you're planning to cook, I'd suggest picking up ingredients in Como. This is a great spot for a quiet getaway, with a peaceful mountain forest setting.

A really great spot up in the mountains above Lake Como. The well-equipped guest apartment is right in the forest, just right for switching off completely and relaxing.

The apartment is beautiful, and the furniture was clean. The owner is a wonderful person. The downside is the location: it's very high up, and the road to get there is really rough.

A stunning loft in a wonderfully private, secluded spot. Truly fantastic, highly recommend 👍
