I really enjoyed my stay. The room was large and spacious, and the restaurant served delicious food with good service. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa, maybe next time.

A quiet, relaxing stop for us on the way south. The staff were accommodating and flexible, and the front desk was especially helpful and friendly, including their intern Nicholas. The newer rooms and amenities were nice, WiFi was fast, and parking was free. We liked the pool and sauna/spa area, and had a great four-course dinner.

The food is wonderful, the facilities are lovely, and the service is very good. The indoor swimming pool is fantastic. I’m in Bruneck several times a year and stay here whenever I can. I don’t give many places five stars, but this hotel earns them. If you’re in the area, I recommend staying here too.

We had an outstanding lunch on the outdoor terrace, a beautiful and relaxing setting. The fresh, local food showcased regional specialties, and portions were just the right size. Service was efficient and very professional. Highly recommended.

The food was quite good, but for an upper-class restaurant the value for money didn’t meet my expectations. Service seemed overloaded and wasn’t very attentive. When we arrived, nobody welcomed us, and we had to look around for the restaurant. We also encountered a somewhat “nose-up” attitude.
