The service was fantastic, and the people there made us feel at home. At breakfast, everyone has their room number on the table, and they clean and change your room every day. The hotel is right in the heart of Brunneck, so it feels very local. You won’t need to set an alarm, the church bells will wake you. A 5 star hotel, highly recommended.

The owner was always kind and ready to help. Our room was clean and pleasant, the meals were great, and the free shuttle took us to the ski slopes.

The food stood out, with carefully made dishes that were nicely presented without getting dull, and the service was warm and attentive. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit and both sweet and savory options. Our room was spacious, clean, and warm, and the relaxation area was well equipped. We were there for our family's first ski trip of the season. The hotel is a little over 1 km from the Riscone lifts, and its shuttle made getting there easy. Everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommended.

We keep coming back because it feels like staying with friends. This is a very well-run family hotel, with a wonderfully welcoming and helpful family. The owner cooks excellent food, and the rooms are lovely, each decorated differently with alpine charm. Their shuttle to the ski lift is excellent too.

We'll be back! Willi, Frieda, and Otti made us feel so welcome. Willi kept us smiling with his witty remarks and handled rides to and from the gondola, while Frieda looked after us so thoughtfully at meals. There was something for everyone at breakfast and dinner. Otti was calm and funny at the bar, and pitched in with everything else as well.
