Absolutely horrible. We were given food that was several days old, and we were sick for some days afterwards. After we left, the hotel owner threatened us over alleged damage at the hotel and said he would call the police. That was completely unacceptable. Do not visit this hotel.

I only had a short stay, but this would have been a great place to spend longer. Shops and restaurants line the same street, and the hotel has a simple, old-fashioned feel. My room was basic but comfortable, with a small shower rather than a bath and really good water pressure. The front desk staff were welcoming and happy to help, and breakfast was delicious.

The dinners were a real treat, with several courses and every dish feeling Michelin level. Breakfast was included too, and the hosts were kind throughout. The accommodation was very comfortable, with more than you need. The friend I’m traveling with has returned to this family-run place for stays of one to two weeks, 20 years in a row, and loves it. Now I do too. It’s been passed from father to son, and I recommend it with all my heart. If you’re passing through Bruneck, go for the hotel or restaurant. You won’t regret it.

The old town is gorgeous, and the hotel sits right in its historic center, close to the ski slopes. The public and ski bus stop is 400m away. It’s housed in a medieval building. The food was good, though the rooms were just okay and most could use renovation.

We arrived late in the evening, but received more than we expected. The rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast was good, and there’s locked parking 150 meters away. Thanks for the lovely communication and kind service. Perfect, thank you!
