I had personal circumstances come up and couldn't take the holiday, so I can’t speak to the accommodation itself. But I do want to thank the owners for being dedicated, professional, and, unusually these days, honest. I hope to rearrange the trip soon. I’d definitely book this property again.

There’s useful private parking inside, which matters in a town where finding a space is difficult. There’s also a barbecue area and a playground for kids. The rooms are nice, though some furnishings need attention. I’d check the fridge, which had a condensation leak, and improve the Wi-Fi, as it often cut out. The place could use a refresh, including repainting the ceiling, and a better clean, since there were too many cobwebs in the upper corners.

We stayed at this residence last summer. The place was spacious, well organized and quiet, with parking either in the garage or outside. The steep uphill walk was inconvenient, especially since we had to make it at least four times a day. We couldn’t return this year because the price asked was too high, 4,300 euros for a month. Instead, we found an apartment nearby with five beds for two months at a reasonable 3,700 euros. It had all the comforts, including a private dishwasher and washing machine, a TV in every room, and private parking. I hope this opinion helps both the owners and guests find a more suitable price level. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place, but it isn’t glamorous, with few essential services and limited space. It seems ideal for older people looking for peace and quiet away from noisy, polluted big cities like Milan, as we do. Bye.

We spent a week here in August with our dog, and my boyfriend and I found the apartment comfortable and well equipped. It’s in the most relaxing part of lovely Brusson. The owners don’t live on site, but they’re always reachable by phone and can get to the residence quickly since they’re only a few kilometers away. They were very kind and friendly. I’ll definitely choose Valley Vacance again when we come back to Brusson.
