If you’re after a quiet place to unwind while visiting Firenze and Siena, which are nearby, this is a great choice. The house is spacious and comfortable, with all the equipment you need, and the owner is helpful and welcoming. Outside, there’s a beautiful garden, a big clean pool and a ping-pong table. The views over Tuscan vineyards are gorgeous, and you can taste wine for free right next door.
We’ve been here twice now and had a really good time on both visits.
We booked through Airbnb and everything went smoothly. Our large house had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, right beside the pool, and it was all fantastic. The pool was great, with a ping-pong table and plenty of loungers and chairs for everyone. The pool and barbecue are shared with the other apartments. Lidl is just under 25 minutes away, and the larger towns nearby are all very nice. We’d definitely come back.
A great holiday home tucked into nature, with a shared pool and a huge barbecue oven for all the guests to use. There are acres of woods around it, so it’s a peaceful place to unwind or a good base for 1-2 day trips to Tuscany’s art cities. By car, Siena is 35 minutes away, Florence 60 minutes and Pisa 110 minutes. One thing to keep in mind: with all the lush nature, there are lots of horseflies, bees and wasps. Maybe regular pest control would help. All in all, we had a great vacation!
The pool was lovely and well maintained, and the complex as a whole was beautiful and cared for. Our house was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. There’s also a barbecue, ping-pong table and foosball table. Siena is about 35-40 minutes away.
