Trucks make the whole place shake, and there's no real sound insulation through the old door and equally worn window. Construction next door was the last straw. The landlord's pictures don't convey how bad it is. The apartment is damp and musty, with a poor renovation: paint flakes off the ceiling onto the bed, and bits of dirt come away from the walls. It doesn't deserve a star.
