The garden is huge, beautifully laid out, very clean, and has that classic Italian look. The old villa was once a large winery with barns, and on our second day an elderly man who knew its history showed us around. We really enjoyed it, and thought a short history tour could be a nice addition for guests. The food was a real highlight. Stela and her welcoming team, including Giuseppe, cooked both breakfast and dinner wonderfully. They asked what we liked and made it just right. The rooms felt distinctive, spacious, and cozy, though we wished the mattresses were better. We came to accept that as part of the agroturismo experience. The kids were fond of the friendly cat they called Oreo, and we hope he has a long life there. The pool looked great, but late October wasn’t the season for us to use it. This was my family’s first Italian agroturismo stay, and though I started out a little skeptical, I ended up loving it. I’d recommend staying here, and next time we’ll come in summer to enjoy the pool.

Billy, Marco, and the chef made our stay memorable, especially by preparing custom meals for our one-year-old son every day. The hotel feels authentic and is run in a way that makes you feel like part of the family. I’d recommend it whether you’re traveling with family or on your own.

The traditional Sicilian food was delicious, and the views were gorgeous first thing in the morning. We came with four other families and found the place a little paradise. The host was so kind and attentive, and the spacious, beautifully landscaped courtyard and authentically Sicilian building gave the whole hotel a special character. I loved our stay and will definitely come back.

There were 15 of us, spanning several ages, and it worked perfectly for a family holiday with children. The staff looked after us like family, with none of the impersonal feel of a hotel, and the in-house food was excellent. They were helpful and wanted us to have a good time. The beaches and local sights were easy to reach, and there’s a good restaurant within walking distance. The scattered local shops still covered the essentials. You do need a car.

We were welcomed so warmly, and everything felt easy and uncomplicated. It’s such a beautiful place for a longer stay. We felt like princesses and didn’t want to leave.
