We'd love to return. The hosts were wonderful, breakfast was superb, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The surroundings were peaceful too.

The children couldn't get enough of the dog, cats and kittens, chickens, peacocks, and turtles. We had a lovely stay at B&B Il Pavone, with a warm welcome and a thorough explanation of the rooms. Everything was provided, clean, and smelled nice. The hosts mostly spoke Italian, but their enthusiasm and Google Translate helped us understand each other well. They were willing to do whatever they could to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very filling, and we set off for our next stop with full bellies.

The hostess welcomed us with a smile and was so kind, making us feel at home. Breakfast was generous and fantastic, with homemade cakes and pastries, jams, warm bread and focaccia, cured meats and cheeses, and more. Our room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. The B&B is in the countryside just outside Busseto, a good base for seeing Parma and its province and for relaxing away from city traffic.
