The apartment was clean and well stocked, and I felt at home in the duplex. I especially liked the fragrant rooms and all the different decor. The owners were warm, very kind, and happy to chat, and they suggested places to eat nearby. Highly recommended!

The bedroom is roomy, and the kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The bathroom is large, with a washing machine and drying lines, though there's hardly anywhere to put things besides on the machine. Its curtained shower was awkward for bathing little kids, who could easily splash water around the house. With small children, I also had to keep following my son around: the TV sits on a bookshelf and there are floor lamps instead of ceiling lights. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for adults. I weigh about 70 kg and shared it with one of the children, a very slim four-year-old, and barely slept. It might work for older children who can sleep on the sofa. I wouldn't suggest it for a couple or a group of adults, since a couple would have to use that sofa bed.

This little two-storey house is somewhat tucked away, yet close to grocery shops, theme parks, and the lake. Downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, plus a table and chairs, a TV whose antenna sometimes acts up, and a sofa bed. Upstairs, reached by a steep indoor staircase or an outside staircase, are a double bedroom with wardrobe and air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower.

The owners did everything they could to make us feel at home and were incredibly kind. Breakfast was generous, and everything was clean. We were two couples travelling with children and booked two quadruple rooms, which were huge, almost like little apartments. We stayed on May 18th and 19th, 2018, and I can't imagine a better B&B. It's handy for Gardaland, Sealife, and the other amusement parks, while staying away from the city's bustle. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting the Garda area.
