We booked two spacious, bright rooms, both with private bathrooms and windows. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and breakfast was homemade with fresh, wholesome ingredients rather than processed food. The service was quite comprehensive, with check-in available until 9:00 PM, and the price felt fair. The B&B is at the end of a dead-end street and has secure indoor and outdoor parking, both free. There’s also a fenced garden with a swimming pool. It’s conveniently located for the city center, Malpensa Airport, and the various public transport options in Busto Arsizio. We’ll definitely return.

The owners are very kind and helpful, and breakfast is included. The villa has a lovely pool, a big garden, and bright, spacious rooms. It’s surrounded by greenery in the Borsano area of Busto Arsizio, just minutes from the city center. It feels peaceful and away from city traffic, while still being just steps from the main roads.

I tried two different rooms, both with excellent bathrooms. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and it was quiet, with plenty of parking inside and outside the building. Breakfast was all sweet, Italian-style. The four single beds in the two rooms I tried also really need updating, both the bases and mattresses. Despite the other good points, I’d be unlikely to book one of the singles again.

I especially enjoyed relaxing in the summer sun on a lounge chair by the pool, or sitting in the shade of the villa’s leafy foliage. The pool is available to guests in summer. Wi-Fi is free and has a good signal throughout the B&B, and the kitchen is well prepared, equipped with every amenity, and available to guests. This detached villa is in a quiet, peaceful area and has ample indoor parking. The elegant rooms are bright, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort, including a private bathroom. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Mrs. Rosanna, the owner, was professional and always available to meet guests’ needs. It’s a pleasant place to spend a few days.
