Desusino Park Village & Hotel

Top location!

I’m very satisfied, it’s beautiful and I liked everything. The one thing I’d ask the staff is to update the building photos. It’s a shame the water park isn’t open.

I gave it two stars because, despite the mess of a day, my friends and I ended up laughing about an experience we wouldn’t want to repeat. They’d booked a pool day with lunch for Ferragosto, and I expected better. The welcome cocktail was almost all juice. Lunch was a bit of a struggle when it came to getting bread with certain dishes, so we even asked nearby tables whose diners had chosen to eat without it. One person’s menu listed a rice dish with fish, but he was served penne instead because they said they’d run out of rice. I felt bad for the waiters, who looked nervous when I went around to the tables, as if they were worried someone would make a scene. The outside area also looked completely unclean, at least from the parking lot to reception. The vegetation hadn’t been cleared or cared for. I didn’t take photos because I didn’t want my other friends to see them and make fun of me for where I’d gone.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding here on July 23rd, and we were very happy with the day. The venue is wonderful, the food exquisite, and Mrs. Linda and all the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Our guests were delighted too. We highly recommend it, and the photos speak for themselves.
