Maria and Gino made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and were helpful throughout our stay. They greeted us with wine, then surprised me with birthday wishes and another bottle when they realized it was my birthday. The apartment is right by the main square, with its shops and restaurants, and the view from the roof terrace is stunning. Staying in such a grand, historic palazzo was a real privilege, and it still had all the conveniences we needed. We had a wonderful mid-January stay. Thank you, Maria and Gino. We hope to see you again soon!

We felt the real Tuscany as soon as we arrived, thanks to the place Maria and Gino have created. They’re incredibly warm, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a genuine, authentic feel. It has two large bedrooms and a smaller one, two comfortable bathrooms, a separate restroom, dining room, roomy living room and a lovely terrace. From there, the view is amazing. The piazza, bars and restaurants are close by. It’s also a great starting point for trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno or the sea, and you can go horseback riding among sunflower and olive fields.

We spent four nights in Buti at the beginning of April, in the lovely “Valle Verde” apartment. The roof terrace looks out over Buti and its bell tower, and it’s a fantastic view. Maria and Gino welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The apartment is stylish, with lots of historical objects and little details that kept catching our eye. The big kitchen has everything we needed, including a microwave, stove, oven, fridge and espresso machine. There’s a comfortable seating area and TV in the living room, and the bedrooms are cozy with comfortable beds. We’d happily recommend “Valle Verde” and Maria and Gino. Five stars from us!

We were there July 14-17, 2022, and the area stayed wonderfully cool, so we never suffered from the heat. The apartment is very spacious and well kept, and the host is lovely and available whenever you have questions.
