There were seven of us at this gorgeous villa in 2019, and it worked beautifully for all our needs. The gardens are incredible, the property is beautifully appointed, and there are plenty of lovely spots to sit and take a break. I loved starting the morning on the deck, looking over Buti. The pool wasn’t quite ready when we visited, though it was nearly there. The photos look incredible. We also had loads of fun making evening pizzas in the wood oven. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to make it back someday.

Melissa gave us a friendly welcome. There’s seating all over the place, an amazing pool area, and beautiful gardens across an incredible landscape. The view is something else, and the authentic Italian style makes the place special. Don’t miss it.

We found a peaceful retreat among the picturesque Tuscan surroundings, yet Pisa was close enough for exploring the region. B-Happy Villa blends rustic charm with modern comforts, and the jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax. A great choice for a quiet, restorative Tuscan break.

There’s so much space here, and it honestly feels like being in a movie. Everything was perfect for us. This place is heaven, and if you come to Italy, it’s the best place to stay. You will not be disappointed.
