The pool and garden were a real treat, beautifully landscaped and peaceful, like a calm little oasis in the city center. The location was another big plus, right in the heart of the center and convenient for restaurants. Parking on nearby streets was surprisingly easy, a bonus if you're driving, though read the signs carefully. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent selection of fresh pastries, fruit, and the usual continental options. There's no kitchen at the hotel, so the menu was the same every day, which could get repetitive on a longer stay. The staff were really nice, and the cleanliness and service were great. The mattresses were quite firm, which may not suit everyone. The rooms had a charming retro feel but seemed a little dated, and the bathroom and shower were both really small. I'd recommend Villa Canu for the central location, lovely pool and garden, and solid breakfast. Just expect a retro-style room and firmer beds. It seems ideal for a short getaway.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, though finding parking nearby was a bit tricky. Our room had the basics and worked for a short stay, but there wasn't anything special about it. Hotel Villa Canu is a simple, rustic place tucked behind a courtyard, and the price felt too high for what you get. I'd rate it better if the rates came down. As things stand, I wouldn't make a stop here.

We stayed from 27/06/24 to 29/06/24 and had a lovely time. The villa is well kept, with a nice pool and a good breakfast. Our room had a traditional Italian style and air conditioning, and it was clean. It's also a good base for exploring the surrounding area. A cool cat wanders around too!

The staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. I especially liked how the rooms face onto a traditional courtyard, where you can have breakfast, and then lead down to a beautifully arranged pool area. It's a lovely hotel with a little world of its own.

It's a friendly, family-run hotel. We only had bed and breakfast, and the coffee was good. There was a reasonable choice at breakfast, though it wasn't a huge spread.
