We rented the whole place through Airbnb and had a great week. The building has a quirky character, the rooms are lovely, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace kitchen and dining area. Highly recommended.

The view of the old town is beautiful, and the location is right in the center. The place is modern and quite livable, though it has a few flaws and the furnishings are decent. There's a fully equipped kitchen on the roof, but it's reached by a spiral staircase that feels a bit dangerous. The kitchen has a wooden roof for shelter, but it's still open and exposed to the weather, with no fixtures. Fine in sunshine, but what happens when it rains?

Chiaramonte 20 is spacious, air-conditioned, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. There's a refrigerator in the room, and the rooftop veranda is gorgeous, with a view over the town. It's ideal for breakfast or even spaghetti late at night. It's hard to find a vacation rental where everything is this pleasant and functional. Thanks to Pietro, the owner, who's always friendly and helpful.

This is a family-run place with a very professional feel and customer service marked by respect and real warmth. We stayed two nights and had two fabulous breakfasts, with useful tips and advice thrown in. Use Caccamo as your base to discover a region waiting to be explored.
