She was so kind about my request. For breakfast, she gave me a voucher for the bar on the square, where the staff were really helpful.

The living room and kitchenette were comfortable, but the bathroom was unpleasant to use. It wasn't cleaned and the towels weren't changed, even when I asked and offered to pay extra.
