The room was just okay, and there was no WiFi in the bedroom. It only worked in the entranceway, which was a real nuisance. After checkout, I realized I'd left something in the room, but couldn't get back in because we'd put the keys in the drop box. I waited outside the main apartment entrance while contacting the hosts, who said they'd send a housekeeper. Then another guest arrived with keys, and I followed them in. Our room door was unlocked, so I retrieved my items. A couple of hours later, the hosts sent a very rude email accusing me of forcing the door and damaging the lock, and saying I'd have to pay for repairs. They have several CCTV cameras in the entranceway, so I expected them to check the footage before making that accusation. It would have shown me following someone with keys into the apartment and opening our unlocked bedroom door. I didn't force or damage anything. It seems laughable to me that they thought they could get away with charging me for damage I hadn't caused when there was evidence of what happened. I replied calmly and explained again, but they ignored me and never responded or apologized. I found the hosts horrible and felt they were trying to scam me. Avoid this property. There are much nicer places around, and I wouldn't give these people a cent.

This small B&B has just three cozy rooms, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV. The bathroom was nice, and the sheets and towels were clean. It's in a stately park and about 2 km from the center. I walked there three times, but there's also a bus stop 50 meters away, with line M going to Piazza Matteotti in the center. The ride cost just €1.30. I stayed two days and had a great time. There's even a coin-operated coffee machine at the entrance. Five stars for cleanliness and comfort, and I'd recommend it to friends.

The room was spacious, had every comfort, and was very clean and tidy. This charming guesthouse is close to both the train station and the city center. I'll definitely return.

The rooms are large and clean, and the B&B is right in central Cagliari, close to all the amenities.
