We were close to the beach, and the apartment was really nice. We came with our whole family, including three young kids. The owner kindly left beach toys for them and suggested some good restaurants.

There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, including spots for seafood and traditional Sardinian food. The apartment is also just a minute from the beach and a bus stop, making it easy to get into Cagliari's center. A taxi to the airport took about 25 minutes and cost around 30 euros. A great base for a relaxing stay.

We spent a lovely holiday here. Marco was quick to respond and very helpful, and the apartment is right by the beach. There are good restaurants within an easy walk, plus an amusement park close to the property. We visited in the first week of April, so the water wasn't warm 😏, but we enjoyed every moment. I'd highly recommend it for families with kids.

Marco was especially kind and helpful, and always quick to respond. The apartment was clean, had great facilities like a washing machine, and sits right across from the beach, just a minute away on foot. Parking was easy too. We'd absolutely recommend staying here for the location.

The kitchen could use a few more things, though it's easy to find food along the beachfront. The apartment worked perfectly for three, with room for two more on the couch. It took us a little while to figure out the water heater, then it was obvious. A great spot if you're here for the beach.
