Carla took such good care of us and was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The room was cosy and perfectly clean, and we loved having free water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. Arcobaleno Rooms is also in a great spot, just a few minutes on foot from all the sights, the train station, and bus stops. We had a wonderful experience!
The room was immaculate, and the self check-in directions were clear and precise, so everything went smoothly. It’s very well situated, virtually across the road from the ferry from Palermo, about a 10 minute walk away. In the morning, we met Lisa the housekeeper, Martina, and Carla at the front reception. They were all lovely and courteous, and gave us suggestions for our short stay and our next destination. What a wonderful place and group. Grazie mille !!
The room was clean and spacious, and being near the bus and train stations mattered to us. We only stayed one night, but everything was extraordinary. Five stars for the accommodation, six for Carla, who’s the best person for this job! Thanks for all the hospitality and dedication.
There are lots of restaurants right by the hotel, and the location is absolutely perfect. A couple of days before our stay, they messaged us with everything we needed.
From booking until the day I left, communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, and the check-in directions arrived in good time and were easy to follow. The room was spotless and made up every day without me asking. Location-wise, the train and bus station is a 10 minute walk away, while central Cagliari, shops, and places to eat are within five minutes in every direction. The price was great value, too. You can’t do better than staying at Arcobaleno. I hope to return to Cagliari, and now I know where I’ll stay.
