The homemade breakfast was much appreciated, and the WiFi was excellent. Martina managed the property attentively, and the shared bathrooms were very clean. It's in a convenient spot near the university and Monte Claro Park.

Getting into the city center was easy, and breakfast was good. The house itself needs a complete overhaul, though, both the furnishings and the soundproofing.

The manager was there when needed, and the stay overnight was satisfactory. Rooms were pleasant, cleanliness excellent, and breakfast satisfying.
