We arrived in Cagliari on the evening of the 14th, when everything was closed for Ferragosto. Daniela had baked a delicious cake for breakfast the next morning and let us help ourselves to the generously stocked pantry. Such a thoughtful welcome. The owners are warm, helpful and friendly, and make you feel at home right away. The shared kitchen and all three rooms were renovated three years ago. The rooms are large, spotless and carefully furnished; two have mini-fridges, and there's another one in the kitchen. I recommend this lovely place to everyone, and hope you get lots of bookings!

That we could have breakfast whenever we liked was such a plus. It was generous, and we could also help ourselves to a drink or coffee at any time. There’s no fixed breakfast hour. Private parking sits in a courtyard, well insulated from the street, and every room has its own bathroom. My boyfriend and I stayed four nights and would have stayed longer if we could. Guido and Daniela are very kind and available without being intrusive, so we had plenty of privacy. The location is great for a walk out into Cagliari's nightlife, just five minutes from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and its wonderful restaurants. Room cleaning is included in the price every two days, but only if you want it. Otherwise, no one disturbs you, and you can sleep peacefully. If I come back to Cagliari, I'll stay here again.

Guido and Daniela were incredibly kind and pointed out the main attractions and beaches. It was a wonderful stay, and we'll definitely be back. The place is lovely and well positioned, just steps from the historic center and the train and bus station. Breakfast is available on-site, with a coffee machine, refrigerator and more. I highly recommend it.

A real point of reference for our next stops in Cagliari. Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful and kind, and the place was clean.
