Elena was great, even handling my booking after 9pm. She suggested some lovely beaches and put on an excellent breakfast. I only stayed one night, but it was a brilliant visit. Very clean and comfortable, and I’d highly recommend it.

We had a great stay. The owner was friendly and gave us useful tips in English about restaurants and beaches. The room and bathroom were very clean, and breakfast was good. We could cook in the kitchen and keep our food in the refrigerator, which was handy. The location worked well too: it’s between the center and Poetto beach, with several bus lines nearby and a stop about 100 meters away. In our opinion, it felt like a safe area, next to Guardia di Finanza buildings, and getting to either the center or the beach by bus was fairly quick.

The rooms and bathrooms are both roomy, and breakfast has a decent variety. It’s fairly central and close to the port. Just be aware that the stairs and doorways are quite narrow.

The owner was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was generous. The place was very clean. The room is part of an apartment, with separate bathrooms; the kitchen and dining room are the only shared spaces.

The place has a calm, sweet atmosphere, and the owner is so helpful and kind that you feel at home. It’s in a lovely residential area and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. We’d happily come back and highly recommend it.
