Fabio's service was above and beyond. He kept checking that everything was okay and asking if we needed anything. The place has daily cleaning and free WiFi, and the rooms were super clean with everything provided. Prices felt fair, and I think the location is great. Piazza Yenne is a 15-minute walk during the day while the park shortcut is open, or 25 minutes at night. This is an amazing gem in Cagliari. I'd rate it 10/10 or higher if I could. Thanks for making the holiday so good, I really appreciate it.

The room was modern, clean, and good, and Fabio helped us with the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace. Parking beside the University was a nightmare for us. There may have been a concert, perhaps a once-a-year event, but I'm not sure, so ask about it. We couldn't find a spot for an hour. I'd stay again, and I've already booked for the end of the trip.

Fabio is a fantastic host, always checking that things are okay and ready to help with anything. The apartments are clean and to a high standard. Definitely worth staying if you're in Cagliary. I strongly recommend the place. Thanks for making my holiday unforgettable.

The kitchen is really well equipped, and everyone here is exceptionally friendly. Both the bedroom and bathroom are kept immaculate. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay and would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers.

The staff were respectful and responsible, and the cleaning was amazing. There's parking near the hotel, plus a lovely park with an outdoor gym nearby. The center is 15-20 minutes away. For sure, having a rental car would make getting around more comfortable. I also liked the modern, convenient, rapid-fashion style of the place. Electronic locks meant I could forget about keys. I'm really surprised by this place, the best in Sardinia. Thanks to Fabio and the rest of the staff for my vacation. Hopefully I'll come again.
