The rooms are well maintained and air conditioned, a good fit for a couple on a short visit who'll be out exploring Cagliari. Bars and restaurants are all over the place within walking distance. Breakfast comes from a nearby café and is one coffee, juice, and croissant per person. It would be nice to have more breakfast choices, and perhaps a bottle or two of water for guests after a long day of travel. Even so, I can't recommend the place enough. Gianluca and Claudio made us feel very welcome, and a big thanks to them.

The rooms were clean and good, and the location worked well. You can walk to the old town and to the city's nightlife, with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. The “breakfast” is really just a quick stop at a nearby café using a voucher: one glass of juice, one coffee, and a croissant. Even a continental breakfast is much better.

Right in central Cagliari, with a clean, comfortable room. We were greeted so warmly, and our host could speak at least Italian, English, and French.

Central, and quiet.

The location is a real plus, close to both the train station and the port. The rooms are clean and standard. Breakfast comes from a partner café: just one small croissant, maybe a slice of cake would help. Still recommended.
