The rooms were nice, and the rate was very low, about €30 per person per night, perhaps because we went in November. Still, over three days there were problems one after another: the WiFi was down, the boiler leaked, the AC remote was broken, and there was no heating for the first two days. Air fresheners hang around the property and can make it hard to sleep. I wouldn't stay here again if I return to Cagliari. Maybe it's suitable for people who aren't concerned about the quality of their stay.

The price was great, the location excellent, and Francesca was very helpful. Breakfast is just packaged snacks left in the room. In the entrance hall there's a coffee pod machine, kettle, and fridge with yogurt, but nowhere to sit and eat. The internal parking had maintenance problems and was only available from the second day, though they did let us leave the car after checkout.

The hotel is small, just five rooms, and the location is excellent, close to everything. The room is spacious, but noise is an issue. It's on the ground floor of a residential building, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors, especially the sewer system. There are trash bins close by, and with the window open the smell and the rumble of the garbage truck loading them are unpleasant. The AC blows straight onto the bed. The room is cleaned every other night, and a basic breakfast is served daily. Parking in the courtyard is convenient, and there's a capsule coffee machine and small fridge in the lobby.

Breakfast is included, and there’s indoor parking too. The rooms feel roomy and are kept clean and in good shape, with a very modern style. The staff were friendly and helpful. With the rates being affordable, I’d definitely recommend it.
