Rita at reception was lovely and helped us a lot. It was such a relief to find someone who could speak French and English so we could communicate easily. The service and location were both very good. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night before an early flight. The hotel is right in central Cagliari on a busy street full of bars, though our window faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There was a TV, air conditioning and a fridge, and parking in the blue and white zones was about a five minute walk away. The staff were very friendly. The building is old but kept reasonably well, and the room was basic with dated bathroom fittings and amenities. It was generally clean, but the sink was clogged and water pooled in it. Once it finally drained, there were hairs left behind. Pretty disgusting.

The staff were great and the location was perfect. The room itself was disappointing, though. The walls are so thin you can hear everything happening around the hotel, and our drain was clogged, which was inconvenient.

They were happy to let us check in late, and the room was clean in a great location. My only complaint is that it felt a little old and could use a makeover.

The location in the old city center is hard to beat, with great connections to Poetto beach and Elmas airport. The people were friendly, and although the rooms are only medium in quality, ours was very clean and had air conditioning.
