The location is peaceful and nicely placed near Poetto beach. Rooms are standard and clean, while the staff are especially friendly and efficient. Breakfast could offer more variety, though the coffee is perfect.

I had two very relaxing nights here. The room was comfortable and clean, and the place was fantastic. Jessica at reception was professional and charming. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks a lot. Maria

A great boutique hotel with the beach within walking distance. My superior room had plenty of space and a large balcony. Breakfast was simple, with sweet and savoury choices, and the coffee was excellent and freshly made each time. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Very good value, and I’d book again.

Poetto beach is just a three-minute walk away, and the bus stop is a minute from the hotel. It’s a quiet, small place with friendly, helpful staff, good service, air conditioning, and wifi. The private gardens have plenty of seating, and it’s nice to have breakfast or evening drinks there. Works well for business or a leisure stay.

A good choice if you want to be close to the beach. Our double room also had a kitchen and two full bathrooms, so it’s worth considering if you’re travelling with kids. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was great, made on a proper Italian coffee machine. If you’re driving, there are plenty of parking spaces.
