The kids loved the room full of toys, and we had a great time here during our two-night stop in Cagliari. Pierfranco and Marvin were such fun, lovely hosts. We’re a family of four with young children, and the location worked perfectly. We ate delicious takeaway pizza on the upstairs balcony and enjoyed the amazing view of Cagliari port. We’d happily stay again and definitely recommend it.

The terrace is fantastic, with a 360-degree view of Cagliari, and the place is right in the center with a bus stop about 100 meters away. Our room was very large and clean, and the people were kind. It’s a lovely, distinctive place and works well for a stay with children. Pierfranco was especially caring and gentle, always greeting us with a sweet smile. Thanks so much.

We were really angry and disappointed by how the owner responded. When we reported seeing five cockroaches, with surely more around, he said there was no solution and that it was completely normal. He didn’t offer another room, and said it was our problem if we had a phobia, even though we hadn’t said that. The room itself was a disaster: the bathroom was really dirty, it smelled awful when we arrived, and the wall was broken and damp. I would never book this apartment again.

At 70 EUR a night, this felt insane. The owner's photos are partly photoshopped and far from what we found: everything seemed darker, less clean, and less sunny. The terrace had a cracked facade, and there was lots of noise from the neighbours. Inside, expect dark rooms, a tiny shower with cold water and a broken holder, mold, and stains on the sheets. You could probably get through one night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. I'm not sure this is Cagliari standard, since the whole city seemed dirty and stinky.

The rooftop terrace has a great view, and the location is really convenient for visiting Cagliari. Our rooms were new and clean, and the staff gave us a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended!
