Check-in was very efficient, and we had no problems with the room. The air conditioning was good. The place is decent, though somewhat dated, and the TVs could be larger. We made our reservation through Booking dot com.

The team was friendly and made sure we felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful and central, close to a lively street full of bars and restaurants.

8/10
The suite was nice and modern, with a big bathtub. It overlooked the street, but it wasn't too noisy. The staff were friendly, and the place is well located right in the centre.

8/10
The location was great and the room was good, but a few things were missing, like an ironing board and wine glasses.

10/10
The receptionist's warm, kind welcome made us feel at home. There's a waiting room and a library with a window overlooking the main street. The spotless rooms are well refreshed, and there's a kettle for herbal tea or coffee. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, convenient for nearby amenities and a good choice for travel to Elmas Airport.
