Monte Urpinu Modern Flat

Riccardo is a really nice owner and happy to help with whatever you need. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so it worked perfectly for two couples. It’s got what you need for a few days in Cagliari, and there’s handy parking nearby if you rent a car to see the island. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away. It’s a cozy place, though keep in mind there’s no elevator and it’s on the third floor. Riccardo let us know beforehand, and that was fine with us. Highly recommended for a few days in the city.

The host made our stay especially nice, always on hand with useful tips about places to visit and eat. The apartment was brand new, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed to feel at home. Right by Monte Urpinu Park, it’s in a peaceful, green neighborhood, with convenient public transport into the city center. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay in Cagliari and can’t wait to come back. I’d highly recommend it for an easy, comfortable visit.

The host was on time and very kind. The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a quiet, elegant building. There’s parking nearby, and I’d recommend the place.

I had five wonderful days in this really comfortable apartment, so close to the center of Cagliari. The owner was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely come back!
