Julia and Stephanie at Reception were so kind and helpful during my recent stay. The location is really convenient, right opposite the train station. From Via Roma, it was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, a supermarket, the lovely huge store Rinascentre, and much more.

Room 29 was clean and cosy, and the air-conditioning worked well. The mattress was very soft. I stayed for two nights, and the cleaning was confusing: someone came in when the bed was only half made, added new coffee pots but left the cups unwashed, and seemed to have tossed a pillow onto the floor. One side of it was dirty.

The staff were really helpful, and this clean, budget-friendly place is right by the train station in the centre. The rooms are in a historic 800-year-old building with an amazing iron-gated elevator. I'd definitely come back, and honestly, that elevator alone makes me recommend it.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and we were very satisfied with our stay. On the fourth floor, reachable by elevator, the rooms are well soundproofed and have all the comforts we needed: water, a coffee machine and pods, a kettle, soap, a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, TV, and Wi-Fi. It's also a very handy spot for the train and bus, and for the Castello district.
